The Housekeeping Office Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for housekeeping staff, guests, other departments and communicate by phone and radio to questions and requests. Enter and retrieve information on reservations, check outs, room rushes, lost items, and other inquiries. Follow through on guest requests regarding room services and ensure the appropriate follow-up. Communicate with alternate shift housekeepers of rooms to be cleaned and special requests. Complete all other duties assigned by supervisor.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Minimum 6 months previous housekeeping experience required.
• Experienced in scheduling and budgeting department according to occupancy.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Bilingual a plus
